Leadership Pool

Diamond to Bronze Elite Affiliates

Diamond to Bronze Elite Affiliates earn Leadership Pool shares when they enroll at least one Fast Start participant during the month.

Plus, they can double their shares by increasing this quarter’s six-level volume (6LV) by at least 5% compared to the same quarter last year.

Premier Pool

Bronze through Gold Elite

Each qualifying period, 2% of company LP is used to create the Premier Pool—a cash bonus pool that’s split among qualifying Affiliates. Qualify at the rank of Bronze through Gold Elite and earn shares of the pool. The higher your rank, the more shares you earn.

Platinum Pool

The same principles apply to our Platinum Pool. This pool is created with 1% of company LP, and the pool is split among Platinums and Platinum Elites.
